Welcome, Parents!
Welcome, Parents!
Scouting is a whole new world for many youth and their families. We hope to make your adventure a positive one.
When you are ready to join, we will need a bit of paperwork from you:
BSA Medical Form (Part A & B only for most events) ~ NO doctor signature required!
You will then need to head to the Scout Shop to pick up a uniform and handbook for your youth(s). Don’t worry, the staff at the Scout Shop know what you need to get to be a member of a Scouts, BSA Troop.
Once you have your uniform and patches (the Troop will give you the 483 patch numerals), you can either sew on the patches yourself or find a location to sew them on for you. The Scout Shop can do this or there are many alteration shops in the area that can complete for you as well.
Have additional questions? Each week there are many members of the Troop Committee and we will be available during the meetings help you out.
